If a crisis is imminent or has already occurred, the initial focus is on the rapid optimization of the earnings and liquidity situation. Together with our clients, we develop effective countermeasures and implement them operationally with them. The basis and core of our work is the transparent and measurable implementation of operational restructuring measures on site.
Within the scope of our mandates, we are able to map the core project functions of a turnaround or transformation project across business units. With a PMO (Project Management Office) we ensure that all strategic, tactical and operational issues are taken into account. We communicate with all affected stakeholders and ensure that the supply chain from supplier to customer is guaranteed. We also take over the management of companies affected by a phase-out or relocation.
We support companies in transformation in their search for alternative sources of financing outside of traditional bank financing. From our network we are able to identify alternatives in terms of asset based lending, leasing, private debt and private equity.
