    We support private equity companies in improving the operational performance of their portfolio companies. We work both conceptually and hands-on on the implementation of measures on site in the company. If necessary, we take over interim management responsibility in the executive board.

    In cooperation with insolvency administrators, we continue to operate companies in insolvency or in insolvency plan proceedings. We communicate with all affected stakeholders and ensure that the supply chain from supplier to customer is guaranteed. We also take over the management of companies affected by a phase-out or relocation.

    Financing in Transformation

    We support companies in transformation in their search for alternative sources of financing outside of traditional bank financing. From our network we are able to identify alternatives in terms of asset based lending, leasing, private debt and private equity.
